☕️ Our Story

Pámpano Coffee was born from a simple desire: to become more engaged in our community — not just living here, but serving here.

In 2023, we moved into our historic home in Zephyrhills. As we settled into this city, we realized something was missing: downtown Zephyrhills does not have a locally-owned coffee shop. That’s when a long-held dream was reawakened — to create a space rooted in hospitality, connection, and quality coffee.

We believe Zephyrhills deserves a welcoming gathering place where people can meet, work, create, and build relationships over great coffee.

🌿 Our Mission

Our mission is to create a space where every cup of coffee fosters conversation, creativity, and belonging.

Hospitality is the heart of everything we do. For us, this isn’t just a business — it’s ministry. We want every guest — friend or stranger — to feel seen, welcomed, and valued.

As part of our commitment to giving back, Pámpano Coffee plans to reinvest  10% of profits into local charities, ministries, schools, and nonprofit organizations  that serve the Zephyrhills community.

📍 Where We’re At

We’ve secured a prime Main Street location in downtown Zephyrhills and construction is nearly complete. We’ve also been blessed with strong support from:

• Main Street Zephyrhills

• The City of Zephyrhills

• Pasco County Economic Development Council

• Our family and local supporters

Now, we’re inviting YOU to become part of this project.

💛 What We’re Raising Funds For

To open our doors, we need to raise about  $50,000  to cover final startup costs and early operating expenses. Your support will help fund:

• Final buildout and construction costs
• Initial inventory and supplies
• Working capital for our first months of operation that will cover things like rent, payroll, utilities, etc.

Every contribution directly moves us closer to opening day!
