This GivingTuesday, Deki is looking for investors to sponsor the 40 children that will be in our 2020 kindergarten class at Nahla Nursery and Primary School in rural Northern Uganda.

will provide a year of quality education for one child.

At only $10 a month you can provide quality education for one child.

Our goal is to find sponsors for all of the children that will start Primary 1, or Kindergarten, next year.
Before we opened our school in 2018, the majority of these children would not have had access to quality education. Now, we are asking you to directly sponsor a year of quality education for the children at our school!
All of these kids recently graduated from Nahla's Nursery class, and we celebrated their graduation on November 29th!

What is Deki?
Deki (formerly Orit Barpunu Primary School) is a US registered 501c3 non-profit organization, that builds primary schools in rural Northern Uganda in partnership with Growing Hearts of Africa Foundation. We are in the process of registering as a local NGO in Uganda, that will be responsible for running our schools and their sustainability. Our administrative and fundraising costs are incredibly low (less than 3%).
