Les Eleveurs has been a culinary and social anchor in Halle for generations — a place where hospitality, taste, and authenticity come together. Since August 2024, the Bospoort Bridge construction has been happening right on our doorstep.

Although the bridge is scheduled for completion in September 2026, the story won’t end there: the renovation of Suikerkaai and the Station Square, directly in front of us, will follow, and no clear timeline has yet been given. That uncertainty, combined with heavy noise and accessibility issues, has put pressure on our operations and community.
But we refuse to stand still. We keep doing what we do best — welcoming, caring, and connecting. Our passion for hospitality burns brighter than ever. Through the Les Éleveurs Club, we are creating something hopeful and lasting — a movement that brings guests, locals, and friends together around the values of warmth and togetherness.

The long-term construction work on the Bospoort Bridge has made Hotel & Restaurant Les Éleveurs not only more difficult to reach, but has also brought significant noise disturbance. This situation directly impacts our daily operations, our guests, and our team. Still, we choose to keep our doors — and our hearts — open, with the same passion for hospitality and personal service that has defined Les Éleveurs for decades.
To navigate this challenging period, we are launching the Les Éleveurs Club: a warm community of guests and supporters who wish to stand by us. Those who join through a donation not only help our business but also receive something meaningful in return.
