We invite you to particpate in helping us bring creative, life changing artistic experiances to people with disabilites living in Palestine.  Please read the story of Hanaa and Adel and their efforts to create contemporary dance training and performance opportunites for disabled citizens of Paestine.

Hanaa is a disabeled dancer living in Palestine. Hanaa says that It was through dance and movement exploration that she "found herself".  Hanaa also says that "as a wheelchair user, dance has helped me find legs to move and wings to fly".  Hanaa's dream is to continue dancing wherever and whenever she finds an opportunity.

Adel is a palestinian daner, as a proffessional dancer with Sarrayet Ramallah Dance Company (SRDC) Adel attended a workshop with Hanaa in 2014 when REVolutions Dance Revolutions Dance (USA) partnered with SRDC (Palestine) to present a Physically Integrated Dance workshop in Ramallah Palestine.  After taking the workshoip, Adel is inspired to continue teaching contempoary dance classes to the disabled citizens of Palestine. 

This summer, August 3rd-11th, Adel and Hanna have an opportunity to recieve more advanved training at a Physically Integrated Dance Summer Intensive hosted by AXIS Dance Company in Oakland California.  AXIS Dance Company is one of the world's leading Physically Integrated dance companies and this will be their 10th annual Physically Integrated Dance workshop and teacher training.  www.AXISDance.org

While Adel and Hanaa have already recieved help with workshop tuition and visa costs, your support will help cover thier travel and accomodations to Oakland.  Additonally they will help Hanaa with some minor medical expenses necessary for her to travel.
