What is PCT Transformation?
PCT – Paul Christian Transformation is a health and personal development brand built around three core areas:

PCT aims to help people improve their health, develop mental strength, build sustainable habits and create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
What makes the PCT approach unique is the combination of biblical principles for health and mental well-being, my own personal experience and transformation journey, and modern, science-based knowledge in the fields of movement, training and nutrition.
My Story
My own transformation journey began in 2014.
At that time, I was searching for identity, self-worth, confidence and a deeper sense of purpose. Through many years of fitness, nutrition, training and personal development, I discovered that true transformation goes far beyond physical appearance.
Sustainable transformation begins not only with the body, but with the development of the whole person.
Since 2017, I have been coaching people in fitness and health. I have had the privilege of supporting around 400 people on their journey toward greater health and personal development.
Today, I want to build on this experience and turn the PCT vision into a professional coaching brand.
Our Next Step in 2026
With your support, we want to establish the first small PCT Personal Coaching Studio.
The CHF 20,000 will help us with:
- Studio setup and training equipment
- Building the right team and strategic partnerships
- Professional coaching infrastructure
- Fitness, Nutrition & Mindset programs
- Digital coaching and online services
- Professional content and marketing
- Community events and workshops
The studio will provide a personal environment where people can receive individual coaching, training, guidance and support on their transformation journey.
