Hi, I'm Dr. Michelle. For nearly two decades I hid in the Ivory Tower. I shaped minds as a sociology professor for 11 years, then climbed corporate ladders as a VP for 7 years. But something was missing and calling me toward a different kind of impact.
At 50, I had a life changing experience when I was personally misdiagnosed with ADHD instead of menopause brain fog. That calling led me on an extraordinary journey: from the college classroom and higher ed boardrooms to enrolling in a professional herbalism program and to travel to the healing grounds of Benin, West Africa, where I spent a transformative month learning from traditional healers who's knowledge supported women through life transitions for centuries.
