Our Vision & Mission
Calm Clarity was conceived in 2013 to manifest a vision of a world free of violence, exploitation, marginalization, and disparities—a world where everyone can realize their full potential and become the highest expression of who they are. Our mission is to use neuroscience to develop the leadership capacity of human beings to co-create a world where every person thrives.

Many economic development initiatives, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations fail to achieve their desired outcomes because they inadvertently activate survival mechanisms in Brain 1.0 and Brain 2.0 that drive hypervigilance, distrust, avoidance, and cynicism. What has been missing in these efforts to create change has been a science-based understanding of the human brain.
This is why ensuring that under-resourced communities have the tools to strengthen Brain 3.0 is essential. Strengthening Brain 3.0 enables people to finally calm the reactive survival mechanisms and limiting behaviors that fuel intergenerational cycles of poverty, addiction, and trauma.
Everyone needs to develop Brain 3.0 to fulfill their potential, but not everyone has access to the knowledge, guidance, and tools to do so.
Calm Clarity has supported thousands of people—from
inner-city high school students to teachers to non-profit
executives—to rewire their brain to elevate their
performance, impact, and effectiveness.
Through our non-profit programs, we design and deliver
neuroscience-based leadership training to support community
partners and change agents to create positive outcomes in
their communities.
