A Life In Art
Last year I set a World Record at Café del Mar Ibiza
with my original song “A Life In Art.”
This record represents the culmination of a long creative
journey across performance, publishing, and cultural leadership — and
now the world is getting ready to dance online together to boost morale.
In 2026, A Life In Art evolves into a global initiative:
✨ A worldwide burlesque dance challenge coordinated from Islington,
London
✨ An Official World Record attempt for the largest online
burlesque class
✨ Concluding in person in Ibiza then taking the record home to Australia
What began as a personal milestone is now becoming a collective cultural moment — uniting artists, communities, and audiences around the world.
💎 A Life In Art
I’ve chosen the name A Life In Art because everything involved in this return — the record, the book, the performances — has been built through the work itself.
Over the past two decades, my practice has moved between:

I’ve independently built and sustained the Ibiza Burlesque Festival for nine years, creating an international platform for artists while developing my own creative voice and body of work.
This Fundrazr supports the creation of the campaign with the plans to conclude with everyone in Ibiza in September and fly home to present the achievement to Australia.

I am raising £15,000 to enable this international return and exchange.
Funds raised will support:

The platform & project management costs for hosting an online Islington launched online World Record and Dance Challenge including recording and releasing a bespoke song

Performance, presentation, and exhibition costs in Melbourne, London and Ibiza, where World Record–related events continue into September 2026

Continuity of my London studio base during preparation

The formal presentation of my book and archival materials to institutional partners
