As the cost of living raises we are finding families are struggling to afford adoption fees. Meaning we are finding it harder to rehome our dogs, we desperately don't want these beautiful dogs to spend a life behind bars because of this!
As a knock on affect in the drop of adoptions we are now at the highest capacity we have ever seen! Housing over 50 dogs in a pound designed for under 20 dogs, and turning dogs in need away daily due to the sheer lack of space and funds, its a vicious circle that we need to break!
Our Flight Angel scheme is a way to support getting our dogs in to the most wonderful forever homes, so they can live the life they deserve - by sponsoring some of the costs of travel. The scheme will lead to the adoption cost becoming more affordable for families across the UK and Germany! In turn seeing a raise in adoptions, allowing us to save more dogs in need of our help!
How it works is simple! We aim to cover €200 of a lucky dogs adoption fee, once this has been reached we will then post them has having a flight angel - and their adoption fee will be reduced. The Flight Angel / Angels will get exclusive insight into their magical journey as they prepare, travel and arrive in their forever homes - after all it wouldn't be possible without you!
