JUST JACKS RESCUE, Inc was contacted to help little GINGER. A tiny poodle with a huge open tumor and several other tumors on both mammery chains.
GINGER was a stray and was probably discarded because of her severe medical issues and immediate needs. Brevard County Animal Control reached out to local Poodle Rescues but they were all full. The shelter felt this senior that is extroidaryly sweet, still had a lot of life in her.
GINGER has one very large (for a 5 1/2 pound dog) open tumor and several small to medium tumors along both mammery chains.
Please help us help her. Her first surgery is scheduled for Tuesday June 9th to address the enormous open tumor on her abdoman. Additional surgery will be needed to remove both mammery chains.
