The Problem
Délices & Rhums is a staple in Montreal’s Old Port, with consistent operations year-over-year. However, our current setup underutilizes the potential of our nearly 3,000 sq. ft. indoor space during the off-season (November to May). Additionally, while our terrasse is a crowd favorite, its limited size constrains revenue during peak months. To scale our business, we need to optimize both the indoor and outdoor spaces to generate year-round revenue.
The Solution
We’re launching club events inside the restaurant, hosting 100–250 guests per night to transform the space into a supperclub destination. To prepare for future growth, we also plan to acquire the rights to our neighbor’s terrasse for the 2025–2026 season, significantly expanding our outdoor capacity. These moves will establish Délices & Rhums as the go-to venue for both dining and nightlife in Montreal.
The Barrier
To make this vision a reality, we need to invest in infrastructure: state-of-the-art lighting, a high-quality sound system, and special effects equipment for the club, as well as the expansion of our terrasse. While we have the team and the plan, we require financial backing to bring these goals to life.
