New Life – New Career is a free Digital Professions training program for female refugees. The program is aimed at supporting migrated people in order to help them adapt to new living conditions and help them to get a new well paid and prestigious profession. It is planned to train 10,000 Ukrainian refugees.
The financial audit and control of the project is carried out by Baker Tilly, which is one of the TOP-5 audit companies in the world.
We are doing the "Turnkey" project to teach Ukrainian women to smoothly enter the IT sector, i.e. both education and active support with recruitment and employment. The training will be carried out by GoIT Ukraine and GoIT Polska, so that students could find jobs not just in Ukraine, but also in the EU (incl. remote work). Currently more than 10 million Ukrainians have migrated. We are focused both on internal refugees within Ukraine and also on those who had to escape from Ukraine to the EU.

We taught web development to forced migrants for free and achieved a record high percentage of employed students among all Ukrainian Tech-schools. Already in the first month after completing the course, 70 students became employees of large IT companies such as GlobalLogic, Luxoft, Creation/Terrasoft. Today we are ready to train thousands of refugees.
