We are young and only one Iaido club from Belgrade, Serbia, established in May 2012.
Since then our club is growing and we got several new beginners. They are finishing with basic Iaido steps and for some of them is time to step further.
However, we are lacking in Iaido equipment. Our members can use only several Bokuto (wooden swords), We have only several wooden swords and uniform sets.
Our members are mostly students, and they cannot financially afford all of Iaido equipment at the moment, mainly uniform sets.
Therefore, we would like to raise money to buy basic equipment for our beginners, a new additional wooden swords (complete with plastic scabbard) and couple of Iaido uniform sets.
This additional equipment will improve our Iaido practicing in several ways, our members will progress faster, we will have opportunity to include new members and to spread and raise Iaido concept among young people in our city and country. There is no age limitation in Iaido practicing, but our main focus group is young people.
One of our missions is to bring Iaido way among this group, to aim them on the healthy way of living and thinking.
