Save the Waterford Fireworks! 

I have lived in Waterford for seven years, and part of the magic of this town is the fireworks show on July 3rd! These fireworks have always been funded by generous donations from residents and a couple of businesses. It has gotten difficult to raise these funds, so the Waterford Citizens Association, who normally organizes the show, cancelled this year.

• In order to continue the fireworks show, we need to raise $7500 by July 3rd.
• Thanks to this amazing community, we have managed to collect the 50% deposit required to hold the fireworks display!!
• Now we must continue to raise funds to pay the balance of the fireworks as well as cover the event insurance required for the fireworks location. 
• Thank you all for the donations and spreading the word!
