Australia has highest number of Melanoma cases in the world, even with effective campaigns like SLIP, SLOP & SLAP. Aussie love for spending a good day with friends and family at the beach and soaking up sun does bring its own dangers

There was always the case of packing enough gear to protect from the sun and having a shade was a must. But carrying a shade, also came with time and effort that needs to be spent to set it up.

During most of the outings, have seen numerous examples of people struggling in setting a shade up, hence came up with the idea of designing a powered retracting shade, that can be installed on roof of car, RV or even on a boat. Most helpful when finishing in the river or on the ocean and protecting against the elements

The powered shade offering for Boats can be customised in relation to width, extension and choice of fabrics. Minimum extension will be 700mm and width to be 1000mm.

For RV market, shade will have a fixed width of 2000mm and customer will be able to customise for extension and fabrics

All the money raise will go towards finishing up the prototype design and developing a fully functional unit that can be installed.
