We need to raise the sum of € 17,000 to complete the ground floor of the Ashram Harmonia, a retreat centre located in the province of Cuneo, in northwest Italy! When the renovation is complete, we will be able to host guests and participants of our retreats to give them the full experience of living in an Ashram… in Italy!

We’ll be able to host up to 10 people; 6 in a little dormitory and a max of 4 people in the “family” room.

We’ve been able, with the help of our friend Marco and our little budget, to finish the first floor and order the windows for the ground floor (coming by the end of June!). Since January of this year, we’ve started offering massage sessions, yoga classes and weekend retreats (without the possibility to sleep at the Ashram!).

Now we need some help to complete the project, to be able to host people here and give the most of the experience of the “ashram life”.

The budget in detail:

- Double bathroom (2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks) and heating system: total 6500 €

- Wals, insulation and floors of 3 rooms (except the sauna room): total 2500 €

The idea is to pre-book your stay at the Ashram Harmonia, for a very very special price… Wait some months until we’ll be done and then come to visit us here in Italy!

We have thought about different ways, according to different needs, desires and possibilities! And we are also open to adding personalised Rewards if you won’t find the perfect one for you: 

• The simplest one is the “True Ashram Experience”, with the dormitory (max 6 person room) accommodation.
• Then we have the “Comfort Ashram Experience”. With this option, you’ll have the family room all for you: you can be alone or up to a maximum of 4 people, all included within the prices you can see below!
• Finally, we have the “Angel Supporter” option, for those who want and can support us in the long term!

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is “bed and breakfast” style, and it will include morning yoga and meditation practice!

The bathroom is double, shared with the other guests (no private bathroom in an ashram!)

Furthermore, It will be possible to attend other events happening at the ashram such as Yoga classes, QiGong, Sound Healing, Active Meditations and more… as well as workshops & retreats with a 20% discount on the fees (30% for the Golden Angel Supporters)!

About the workshops: the schedule for the 2022 / 2023 season is a work in progress! When we’ll be done with the renovation of the ground floor, before opening the bookings to everyone, we’ll send you the schedule and give you the chance to book in advance your holiday at the Ashram and extra activities if you’d love to!

What if…?

What will happen if we won't reach our goal?

We have already taken into consideration this option and we know this could be stopping someone from going for it…

PLAN B
Look… To finish at least the bathroom (perhaps just a single one… and we have a second on the first floor!) and to make the small room ready for receiving guests will cost us not more than 5.000 (no fireplace, single bathroom, second-hand furniture and so on). So plan B, in the unfortunate case of not reaching our total goal, will be to complete only half of the ground floor, start receiving guests and then proceed with the rest of the renovation!

PLAN C
And… yes, we have also a plan C: which consists in doing most of the renovation with volunteers. This is an amazing option and it would lower the total amount of money we need by about 50%... But it would more than double the time required to complete the project. So, we dream big and then we’ll see how it goes: if many people, friends… fellow travellers will be dreaming with us then we’ll realise all projects with professional builders, otherwise we’ll find other ways!

Hai mai sognato di visitare una bellissima zona d'Italia, probabilmente la migliore dal punto di vista enogastronomico, ma dove puoi anche raggiungere in pochissimo tempo bellissime montagne, sentieri escursionistici o visitare castelli in paesaggi meravigliosi…?

Tutto questo, mentre vivi in un ashram -un centro di ritiro di yoga e meditazione-, pratichi yoga e meditazione al mattino, mangi cibo fresco biologico e ricevi massaggi ayurvedici?

Lo stile di vita semplice, lento e calmo di un ashram e la bellezza dello stile di vita italiano, insieme! …Zorba il Buddha…

Dobbiamo raccogliere la somma di € 17.000 per completare il piano terra dell'Ashram Harmonia, un centro retreat situato in provincia di Cuneo, nel nord-ovest dell'Italia! Quando la ristrutturazione sarà completata, saremo in grado di ospitare i partecipanti ai nostri ritiri per far vivere loro l'esperienza completa della vita all'interno di un Ashram… in Italia!

Potremo ospitare fino a 10 persone; 6 in dormitorio e max 4 persone nella camera privata.

Siamo riusciti, con l'aiuto del nostro amico Marco e del nostro piccolo budget, a finire il primo piano e ordinare le finestre per il piano terra (in arrivo entro fine giugno!). Da gennaio di quest'anno abbiamo iniziato a offrire sessioni di massaggi, lezioni di yoga e ritiri nel fine settimana (senza però poter dare la possibilità di dormire all'Ashram!).

Ora abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per portare a termine il progetto, per poter ospitare qui le persone e permetter loro di vivere al meglio l'esperienza della “vita nell'ashram”.

L'idea è quella di prenotare in anticipo il soggiorno all'Ashram Harmonia, ad un prezzo davvero molto speciale... Aspettare qualche mese e poi venire a trovarci all'ashram!

LA SISTEMAZIONE

I pacchetti prevedono tutti "pernottamento e prima colazione" (B&b) oltre ad includere una lezione di yoga & meditazione al mattino!

Il bagno è doppio, condiviso con gli altri ospiti (no bagno privato in un ashram come si deve!)

Inoltre, sarà possibile partecipare ad altri eventi che si svolgono presso l'ashram come lezioni di Yoga, QiGong, Sound Healing, Meditazioni attive e altro… oltre a workshop e ritiri con uno sconto del 20% sulle iscrizioni (30% per gli Angel Support ORO)!

A proposito dei workshop: il calendario per la stagione 2022/2023 è in lavorazione! Quando avremo finito con la ristrutturazione del piano terra, prima di aprire le prenotazioni a tutti, ti invieremo il programma e ti daremo la possibilità di prenotare in anticipo la tua vacanza all'Ashram e le attività extra se lo desidererai!

Cosa succede se non raggiungerete l'obiettivo?

Abbiamo già preso in considerazione questa opzione e sappiamo che potrebbe scoraggiare a qualcuno dal supportarci...

PIANO B
Finire almeno il bagno (magari uno solo... e ne abbiamo un altro al primo piano!) e preparare la stanza più piccola per ricevere gli ospiti ci costerà non più di 5.000 (niente caminetto, bagno singolo, mobili usati e così via). Quindi il piano B, nel malaugurato caso di non raggiungere il nostro obiettivo, sarà quello di completare solo metà del piano terra, iniziare a ricevere gli ospiti e poi procedere con il resto della ristrutturazione!

PIANO C
E... sì, abbiamo anche un piano C: che consiste nel fare la maggior parte dei lavori di ristrutturazione con i volontari. Questa è un'opzione straordinaria e ridurrebbe la quantità totale di denaro di cui abbiamo bisogno di circa il 50%... Ma raddoppierebbe il tempo necessario per completare il progetto. Quindi, sogniamo in grande e poi vedremo come va: se tante persone, amici… compagni di viaggio sogneranno con noi allora realizzeremo tutti i progetti con costruttori professionisti, altrimenti troveremo altre strade!
