Teaching yoga to children offers many wonderful benefits and opportunities for growth. Equipping them with self awareness, the ability to self regulate, to make responsible decisions and even maintain healthy relationships. When children focus inward through yoga they develop specific circuits in their brains that support their abilities to balance their emotions, pause before acting on impulse and increase their compassion for others and themselves. My approach integrates yoga and the domains of children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. When children learn yoga at any age they are better prepared for the uncertainties of their future and gain coping skills that are linked to a healthy, successful and happy life.

Our mission is to support a healthy body through yogic movement, to promote self regulation for a child’s emotions through mindfulness and to provide the tools to ground themselves using their breath and meditation, cultivating valuable coping mechanisms, as well as body awareness and emotional intelligence.

Our Vision is to start a Children’s Yoga Revolution! To create an outlet for the digitally distracted child to reconnect with their innate inner workings of social and emotional solutions. Integrating yoga into stories, games and adventures that explore their inner feelings, awareness of others and the great big world around them; preparing them to be responsible caring individuals that make decisions that are good for them, beneficial to others and helpful to the planet.
