Help us to help our local community thrive and be future-fit 

As Transition Marlborough, we want to support this local community to learn about, face, and creatively and compassionately respond to the many social and ecological challenges of our times.      

Our current key projects are the care and development of Marlborough's Community Orchard, managing and expanding the Community Fridge and garden, a regularly meeting permaculture group and the encouragement of the creation of healthy, joined up habitat for insect life through the Bee Roadzz. 

We'd like to do so much more by using our resources,  experience and contacts to help others to get their own sustainable and regenerative projects off the ground and making a difference too. 

By supporting us with your donation, you'll be part of something bigger than yourself. You'll be helping our projects go from strength to strength. And you'll be helping more people in Marlborough and our surrounding villages become more connected, more resilient, more involved. Together, we'll be more able to thrive in the face of the current complex challenges of disrupted climate, water and nutrient cycles; pollutions; social, economic and political uncertainty. 

We'd love to see community supported food growing, a repair cafe, community meals, improved public and active transport options, local energy generation, advice and guidance for household resilience, more access to affordable food, people sharing and learning new practical skills, more events and celebrations to bring people together, new 'green' businesses and enterprise. 

If a local project aligns with our values of 'earth care, people care, and fair shares', we aim to find a way to support it.
