「Empower Village」とは? 

「Empower Village」（エンパワー・ビレッジ）は、若者たちが自立した明るい未来のために必要なスキルを身につけられるよう、教育、コーチング、進路指導を提供することに取り組んでおります。 パートナーシップを通じ、私たちは彼らに就職の機会を紹介し、希望だけでなく、成功への確かなチャンスを与えて致します。

毎年、日本では何千人もの若者が社会で活躍するために必要な知識を持たずに児童養護施設を巣立っております。非常に残念なことですが、彼らは社会の隙間からこぼれ落ちてしまう危険性があるのです。 しかし、皆さんの協力があれば、力を与え、技術を身につけ、自立した若者の世代を作り上げることができるのです。
