Help us raise money for Classroom Champions and the ALTIS Foundation

I am doing this because I believe in the great work that these two non-profits do.The monies raised from #EmbracetheSuck will go towards supporting African-American kids and student-athletes from elementary school right through to University.

I hope you will support myself, and a group of my friends and colleagues as we mentally and physically challenge ourselves to complete …

• 100 deadlifts at 100k
• 100 push-ups
• 5 mile run

… every day for the month of February (please note that some ‘suck embracers’ will be completing slightly different challenges, based upon their specific level of fitness/strength).

I have written about the genesis of this challenge, where ‘Embrace the Suck’ came from, the science behind why we are doing this seemingly crazy thing, and the non-profit Organizations that will benefit from this over the course of a series of short blog-posts.
