CZR Tokens are virtual loyalty-based units (not securities) acquired monthly and in other ways by members throughout their membership term. These CZR Tokens are used to determine their revenue sharing income values. That value translates dollar-for-dollar into Reward Credits members can redeem for merchandise, travel, and more — while they remain active.

🔹 IRS Treatment on Reward-based Crowdfunding
Funds contributed hereunder are not tax-deductible and are subject to federal income tax for ClubZERO when contributors receive something in return (a membership, product, store credit, service, or perk).
- Contributions are treated as sales revenue for accounting purposes.
- ClubZERO will deduct related business expenses, including costs of fulfilling rewards, to eliminate any tax burden by offering contributors a 100% online store credit of all funds provided.
