Climate Families NYC is launching a powerful campaign to demand climate action from our Governor.

We need your help to grow our power and get to Albany.

• New York State is the 10th largest economy in the world. 
  What we are able to win here matters for the entire planet.
• The Climate Superfund Act would tax the largest polluters to generate funding for critical climate infrastructure and just transition.
  Environmental justice communities, low-income and communities of color on the frontlines of climate impact, would receive 35-40% of the funding generated.
• The clock is ticking, Governor Hochul must sign it before the end of the year. 
  This groundbreaking legislation has already been voted up and is waiting for the Governor's signature.
• The new legislative session starts in January, and we need Governor Hochul to lead on climate, pass the NY Heat Act and fund climate justice across the state.
• Climate Families is going to Albany in December, and again this winter and spring to use our unique voice as parents to demand the Governor sign the bill.
  We are led by parents and underfunded. Your contributions will help us execute powerful actions and exert real pressure on Governor Hochul to lead on climate.
