Getting sober can save someone’s life.
But staying sober doesn’t automatically teach someone how to build a life they actually want to live.
Getting sober is an incredible first step. But transformation requires something more. It means learning how to understand your patterns, change your thinking, build healthier habits, develop a new identity, and create a life you don’t need to escape from.
That’s why we created Rise&Thrive360.
Rise&Thrive360 is being built to help people move beyond simply staying sober and begin building a life they actually want to live.
We are creating a recovery focused platform designed specifically for recovery residences and the people living in them, bringing personal growth, education, accountability, daily structure, and house engagement together in one place.
Instead of another collection of disconnected tools, Rise&Thrive360 is designed as a guided journey of transformation.
Residents can move through Brain Shift , a structured program focused on awareness, patterns, beliefs, identity and becoming. They can access Learn to Thrive for practical education, Thrive Reset for tools that support regulation and well being, and Daily Rise for small actions that turn personal growth into something practiced every day.
At the same time, recovery residences can have better tools to support engagement, responsibilities, communication, accountability and resident participation.
But our vision goes beyond the resident experience.
We want to empower the recovery houses and the people already doing this work every day.
Recovery residences provide structure, accountability, community, sober activities, life experiences and opportunities for residents to grow.
But there is another layer of the recovery journey that can be difficult to see: what is happening in the day to day moments between staff interactions.
Someone may be struggling silently.
They may be too embarrassed to speak up.
They may not know how to ask for help.
Or they may simply believe they can handle it on their own.
Rise&Thrive360 is being designed to help make more of those patterns visible through daily engagement, check ins, participation and other meaningful signals, giving staff another way to recognize when something may have changed and an opportunity to start a conversation sooner.
Not replacing the human connection.
Strengthening it.
Because sometimes the most important conversation begins with something as simple as:
“Hey, I’ve noticed something seems different. How are you doing?”
That same visibility can also help houses better understand resident engagement, demonstrate the work they’re doing, identify opportunities for improvement, and create stronger documentation to support future partnerships, grants and funding opportunities.
But this is bigger than an app.
Our long term vision is to create an all in one operating system for recovery residences , bringing resident development and house operations together in one place.
A platform where the house can manage the things it needs to manage…
while the resident has a structured system designed to help them actually grow.
Because we believe recovery housing can be more than a place someone stays sober.
It can be a place where someone learns how to thrive.
We’re now taking Rise&Thrive360 toward its first real world pilot.
We’re raising funds to help move what we’ve built from development into implementation, supporting technology and development costs, pilot preparation, testing, infrastructure, business operations and the working capital needed to take this next step.
We’re not raising money to simply build another recovery app.
We’re building the foundation for a different layer of support, one that can empower residents and the people and houses supporting them.
