AHS – The Next Generation – Then and Now is a national celebration to be held at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC from July 7 to 9, 2015.

Aboriginal Head Start Graduates from across the country are invited to celebrate 20 years of Aboriginal Head Start in Urban and Northern Communities (AHSUNC) in Canada. This is an early childhood development program for Aboriginal children and families living in urban settings in every province and in northern communities.

52 youth (14 to 25 years of age) have been nominated from all parts of our country to share their stories from ‘then and now’ and demonstrate how Aboriginal Head Start has helped shape them into leaders and role models.

The Aboriginal Head Start Association of BC is asking for your support to help cover the costs of meals and accommodations for our First Nations, Métis and Inuit youth.
