Hi, I'm Daisy Stocker, a Canadian living in Victoria, B.C.
I'm deeply concerned about the children who are lost, alone, cold and hungry in the frigid northern mountains of Nepal. Their parents were swept away by the torrents of water descending from the melting Himalayan mountains.
I'm hoping to find help for these children as I work with you, my wonderful friends and family.
The children are presently living in a school but the school's circumstances can't support them for long.
You can save the lives of these children by providing funds to provide a new shelter and staff, clothes, food and beds for the children. Whatever you can do, be aware that you will be changing their lives and the lives of generations to come.
When you contribute you will also be able to subscribe to the updates about the progress of our program. This will share the ongoing results of your contribution.
These funds will be administered by Dr. LP Ghimire President of Community Empowerment Partnership Nepal, a non-profit organization. Here is backgrounf from Dr. Ghimire:

To whom it may concern
I would like to confirm
that Daisy Stocker is raising funds through Fundrazr.com for flood
victim orphans from Nepal.
There was a massive flood that rampaged along the Lhende and
Bhotekoshi – Trishuli rivers in August 2026. The floods resulted in
almost 1500 deaths and
at least 5000 people are still missing.
The floods leave 269 children without one or both parents, 41 children
lost both parents, 161 their fathers and 67 their mothers. UNICEF
reports that 19 schools were destroyed and around 10,000 school-age
children need support to continue their education.
Daisy is
raising funds for 40 orphans currently living in a shelter of
Tribhuvan Higher
Secondary School, Kispang -5, Nuwakot. Children
need funds for daily needs, food, clothes and bed sheets. According to
the teacher from school they can't stay longer in school. That is a
temporary shelter. They might need another building to stay. Also they
need a caregiver for cleaning and cooking.
The funds raised by
Daisy would go directly to the shelter. Community Empowerment
Partnerships Nepal helps in buying the basic needs and checks the use
of funds.
We are grateful to Daisy and all helping
hands.
With best regards
Dr Laxmi Prasad
