Born and raised in Nevada, I know part of the magic that makes the Silver State so unique is our ability to focus on the work that needs to get done and our passion for improving the lives of our neighbors. As Young Democrats of America faces a crisis of identity, now is the time to make sure that Nevada continues to be a beacon of light and a welcoming organizing space for those who understand that now is the time for young people in the Democratic Party to lead boldly, strategically, and compassionately. I'm excited to announce my candidacy for YDNevada National Committeeperson.

This philosophy of doing good work in good faith drove me in my past tenure as YDNevada National Committeeperson (2017-2021) to connect countless Nevada Young Dems with the networks and resources to help launch political careers. It inspired me as YDA Chapter Building Director (2019-2021) to collaborate with hundreds of stakeholders across the country to produce the first of its kind "YDA Chapter in a Box" with helpful tools to start chapters of every size in every state and territory. This philosophy led me as the first YDA National Officer elected from Nevada in 14 years (2nd Vice President, 2021-2023) to bring the National Convention to our Great State and give the national body a front row seat the brilliant organizers and activists who call this State home.

The Young Democrats of America (YDA) that we know and love, and the Democratic Party as a whole, is at a serious inflection point. We know that we win when youth leads and protecting Nevada's role and reputation as a State that gets things done is the work that I am humbly seeking to take on.

I am running to be one of Nevada's National Committeepeople because we need leaders who can build transparent structures for getting work done, lean into the tough conversations where growth happens, and build the necessary in-roads and communication channels to propel youth leadership at all stages.

All remaining funds raised from this campaign will be donated to the Young Democrats of Nevada to continue the work of mobilizing young people from Reno to Vegas, Dayton to Moapa, Elko, Caliente, and beyond!
