Hello, my name is Asha Sahu. I am a proud mother of five beautiful children, and I have been working tirelessly for the past seven years to support my family. As a devoted follower of Hinduism, I have been passionately working on building a temple for my local community in Bihar, India. This temple is a non-profit initiative aimed at providing a place of worship, peace, and community gathering for everyone.
Our community in Bihar has long needed a dedicated space for spiritual practice and communal activities. The absence of a temple has been deeply felt, as it is an essential part of our cultural and religious life.
To address this need, my husband and I embarked on a mission to build a temple. We have invested over 2 crore rupees (equivalent to more than $300,000) of our own savings into this project, driven by our deep commitment to our faith and community.
Unfortunately, due to an injury to my arm, I have been unable to work and contribute to the ongoing construction efforts. As a result, the construction of the temple has been on hold for 1 year. We are now at a critical juncture where additional funds are necessary to complete this sacred project.
