Thanks to our amazing sponsors, donors, our team is ready to take on another year of competition at the highest level. But to ensure the future of Cynisca Cycling in 2026 and beyond, we need your help.
Cynisca is growing faster than our funding. Our athletes are progressing at an incredible rate, earning three World Tour* invitations this season—proof that we belong among the best in the world. However, financial limitations meant we had to miss the World Tour Down Under race, an opportunity that would have given our riders valuable experience on a global stage.

- $100,000 funds one-month Euro racing block
- $72,000 funds team housing riders in Europe for one season
- $50,000 purchases team passenger van
- $50,000 purchases team TT bikes
- $30,000 funds the team winter training camp
- $30,000 funds US team vehicle
- $10,000 purchases training bike and personal travel bags
- $5,000 pays UCI license fees for one year
- $2,000 supports one rider, for one race
- $1,500 purchases one round-trip ticket for one rider to Europe
- $500 helps riders plan for and participate in a community-based event

Cynisca Cycling is a US-based UCI Continental Women's professional cycling team*. Our mission is to develop and empower women both on and off the bike, providing opportunities for growth and success at the highest levels in the cycling industry.
As we enter the 2025 season, Cynisca Cycling remains dedicated to fostering growth, providing opportunities, and achieving excellence on the global stage. The team, alongside its partners, sponsors, and supporters, is making a sustained commitment to the future of women’s cycling.
Behind the scenes, we are predominantly women-run staff, and continuing our commitment to developing female talent in 2025, we have hired a former professional cyclist as an assistant directeur sportif (DS) to mentor and guide our riders. We have also hired one of our retired riders as our new social media manager.
Our goals for 2025 are to secure World Tour race invites, acquire funding this year to allow us to have a Pro-Women's level team* as well as a Continental Women's team in 2026, and to grow our current national champion count from three to five. One of our goals, to secure World Tour race invites, has already been achieved. We will be racing at the Tour de Flanders and Amstel Gold and hope to secure an invitation to the Vuelta a España.
*Women's Continental Team: the lowest global pro level team category that does not require invitation - the least expensive to register as.
*Women's Pro Team: the highest global pro level team category that does not require invitation - 50-70k more expensive to register as than continental.
