Croatian Academic Hockey Club MLADOST operates within many families of Croatian academic sport clubs "Mladost" with a long sports tradition.
Season 2014/2015 was very successful for our women's senior team. They won the Croatian Championship in field hockey, the Croatian Championship in indoor hockey and the Croatian Cup in indoor hockey for two years in a row.
These successes have led to the participation in European Club competition (EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy) and among the 16 best teams in Europe. Therefore, our objectives this year, as far as international competition is concerned, is to be among the best 8 teams. And as far as the domestic competition, to repeat last season's success.
It is also necessary to point out that a large number of seniors participated in performances of the Croatian National team at the European Championships in indoor hockey, which took place in January 2014 in Poreč. Seniors have achieved the best result in the history of Croatian hockey, first place and passage to a higher Pot. Also a half of the Croatian national team in field hockey were our female seniors, which participated at European Championships in field hockey held in Sv. I. Zelina, Croatia in July 2015.
We hope we can repeat all those successes and achieve even better results in the coming competitions, therefore we need the funding for preparation and travel.. Each of your help, that would have given us, will be spent for any of the following of our needs:
- To travel to Scotland to EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy where our senior women's team plays among the top 16 in Europe, and the others European Club Championships;
- For the preparation games and tournaments;
- For the purchase of uniforms.
