My name is Ronald E. Witte - I am the current generation of Master Masons in a multi-generational line of Freemasons. My life has been focused on contributing my time and talents in marketing to make our world a better place. FREEMASON CIVILIZATION PARK is my vision to achieve one of the most important aspects of Freemasonry. That of improving our world through education about the “Masonic Timeline of History.’
There are too few places in the world where Freemasonry is given a valuable and informative showcase to educate the public about important aspects of Freemasonry, to illuminate people about its integral part in the development of civilization, and of its role in the progress of the human story. I envision an open park that would showcase, through experiential learning for all ages, Freemasonry history, culture, philosophy, and its influence on civil societies.
A visit to this park will give a tangible experience of Freemasonry’s connection to civilization, to history, and offer discovery, and inspiration of its future contributions. Proposed themes are the Seven Liberal Arts & Sciences, as described in Greek literature: Grammar, Rhetoric, Logic, Arithmetic, Geometry, Music, Astronomy. The Five Orders of Architecture, i.e. Five types of columns that laid the foundation of many architectural creations world-wide, and the most important of geometric concepts of form and design —The Golden Ratio — all in a concrete way, and with engaging experiential workshops, or events for all ages.
The Park would also be a great place to host concerts, programs, events, plays, weddings, receptions, graduations, educational classes, and other gatherings. These would provide sustainable revenue for the administration, promotion, and future growth of the educational park.
The Park itself is to be primarily at ground level, but with below ground facilities that will be supporting a Masonic museum, classroom, theater dressing rooms, Park administration offices, and an emergency operations center (EOC) with enough storage for ER supplies, which will round out its important usefulness to the community.

The first fundraising to Freemason Park Foundation is to facilitate a seeding goal of 5 Million dollars – designed to establish a sure footing for the next steps to be taken to bring this Park into reality.
