Glen Iris Elementary School hasn't added a story.

Glen Iris is an urban elementary school in Birmingham, Alabama. We began our journey by raising funds to complete an outdoor classroom and form a lasting partnership with Jones Valley Teaching Farm. We have developed collaboratively an Inquiry and Problem based curriculum through food that is producing amazing results for our students. The completion of this project will be the construction of a "Food Lab" in the garden. We will be able to engage students and families through incredible learning experiences with food as the connector in our lives and across subject topics.
