Kim Clear has devoted her life to her community teacher, community advocate, a public servant, and a fundraiser. Elected in 2021, Kim currently serves as a Millcreek Township Supervisor, only the second female to be elected to this position since 1803. Before being elected as Township Supervisor, Kim taught English for over 18 years in the Millcreek Township School District and in 2019 was elected to Erie County Council District 1 where she served as Finance Chair, Vice-Chair of Council, as well as other roles.
Kim and her husband Tom reside in Millcreek Township, with their two daughters, Audra and Avery. Drinking coffee has been a life-long passion for Kim, whose first sips were of her grandfather’s last cold gulp of coffee at the age of 5. Kim worked at the Wegman’s coffee shop in college and considers herself a coffee connoisseur, of sorts. Kim prefers her coffee rich, bold, and black. Kim is rarely seen without a coffee mug in her hand or within close proximity.
