Welcome! 2021 brings us, Mach 1 Barbell, the opportunity to host the
2nd Annual L.I.F.T. event on Saturday August 28th. We could not be
more thrilled to raise money & awareness to support an amazing
local organization, Ma Deuce Deuce (MA22).
We are accepting donations as well as the opportunity to be
placed on the Event T-Shirt! If you are interested, please email us,
mach1barbell@gmail.com . You can place
your logo on the T-Shirt for $250 or get your name on the T-Shirt for
$125. These donations must be done by 8/13/2021.
Last year we held the first ever L.I.F.T event and it was
successful is raising over $4,000 for MA22 with a fun event for active
participants and spectators. All the proceeds from the event will be
going toward supporting MA22; you can find out more about their
"No Veteran Left Behind" mission on their website,

The event is a competition where participants will play a game
we call, L.I.F.T. The rules are similar to the popular basketball game
called "HORSE". If you know the game "HORSE" where
you take a shot, if the people following you do not make the shot,
they receive an H. Rather than a H, you receive a L. Substitute
basketball trick shots with creative weightlifting movements and you
have the game of L.I.F.T down!
Registration for the event either as a spectator or participants

interested in participating, their are several options to chose from
(time slots, weight on the bar, etc.) There are even training bars for
any beginner who may want to try!
