Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, communicate, and thrive in an environment that understands their unique needs.
BrightPath is an AI-powered interactive companion being developed to support neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD, by helping them build important skills such as communication, executive functioning, emotional regulation, attention, and independent learning.
Families, educators, and therapists often struggle to find engaging, adaptive, and accessible tools that can support children both at home and in educational or clinical environments. Many existing solutions rely heavily on screens, provide limited personalization, or are difficult to integrate into daily routines.
Our vision is to create a friendly and engaging companion that combines artificial intelligence, interactive activities, and evidence-informed learning approaches to provide personalized support while keeping caregivers, educators, and clinicians involved throughout the process.
BrightPath is being developed by a multidisciplinary Canadian team with expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, robotics, and psychology, with a strong emphasis on safety, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.
This is not just a concept. To date, our team has personally invested more than CAD $50,000 into the project. This investment has supported AI research and software development, computational infrastructure, industrial design, prototype development, and early manufacturing preparation.
As we move from concept development toward real-world pilot testing and deployment, we are seeking support from the community, organizations, and partners to help sustain and accelerate development.
