Help us take ONE JUMP toward creating a drama program for our elementary students! Old Brooklyn Community Elementary and Middle is located in Cleveland, Ohio. After one year of virtual school followed by a year of curtailed extracurricular activities due to covid, we are proud recipients of a Disney Jr play grant through Playhouse Square. We are so excited to be able to bring our students an amazing opportunity to be part of something special.
Our teacher leadership team, mentors from Playhouse Square, and 50 students in grades 3-5 are working hard practicing for our February production of Aladdin Jr. Our students and staff have risen to every challenge that has come our way over the last several years with grit and humor. Now, they are showing up to create something amazing together. All we need now is you to show up as well. Funds are needed to help us purchase costumes, props and scenery for our play, and provide for future costs of running a theatre program. Every donation helps us take just that ONE NEXT JUMP towards getting us to our February performance and building a sustainable theater program!
