Help Hope Fight for Her Life 💔🐾

Hope is a stray mother cat from Sitia Crete, Greece.

Just a few days ago, she was caring for her kittens. Then, in a single moment, everything changed.

She was hit by a car and left with devastating injuries. Volunteers found her barely alive. Her kittens disappeared, and despite days of searching, they were never found.

Hope suffered horrific trauma: one eye was destroyed, her lower jaw was fractured, and the roof of her mouth was shattered. She underwent emergency surgery, but her fight is far from over.

She has already lost one eye, and she will most likely lose the other. She is currently blind. Because of severe infection, the stitches in her palate failed, leaving a large hole in the roof of her mouth. She now has a feeding tube and depends entirely on veterinary care for food, fluids, and medication.

There is one small miracle: her hematocrit has risen from 9 to 20, proving that she is still fighting with everything she has.

Hope has now spent almost two weeks in the veterinary hospital. More surgeries are still ahead, followed by a long recovery. Every day of hospitalization, every operation, every medication adds to the cost.

We are a volunteer rescue group. We never turn away an animal in need, but we cannot save Hope without your help.
