When I began my fitness journey I never knew it would lead me to this moment in time. It has become so much more than just getting in shape. It’s taught me discipline, consistency, sacrifice, and what it really means to commit to something even when it feels hard.
As I currently prepare to step on stage in November, I’m giving this prep everything I have. Training 5x a week, cardio, carefully planned meals, posing practice, and staying disciplined. This a commitment I’m extremely proud of and the change it’s brought me as a woman.
Although balancing motherhood, work, training, nutrition, and everything that comes with everyday life hasn’t always been easy. There are days when I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, or wondering how I’m going to fit everything in—but I keep pushing towards the goal.
