AI agents are moving into our lives and our workplaces. Koubou Control helps anyone build teams of people and agents.
Agents can read documents, write drafts, summarize information, use tools, manage tasks, and act across systems. Used well, that can help people do more meaningful work. But today's workplaces aren't designed to let different agents work together. And using agents without a common workspace can create a mess: inconsistent instructions, unmanaged access, unclear responsibility, missing approval steps, and no easy way to know what happened or stop access later.
Koubou Control is being built to solve that problem.
Koubou Control is a governed workspace for people and the AI agents working for them. It helps answer the questions that should come before an agent acts:
- Who is responsible for this agent?
- What is it supposed to do?
- What can it access?
- What guidance has it received?
- When should it ask first?
- What has it done?
- How can access be revoked?
The project is built around a simple belief: AI agents should help people remain capable, relevant, and in control. They should not become invisible systems that replace human judgment, erase accountability, or push ordinary people out of meaningful work.
Koubou Control gives agents human sponsors, defined roles, bounded workspaces, approved guidance, request workflows, governed access, revocation, and audit history.
There will always be a free personal tier. Responsible AI management should not be available only to large companies with enterprise budgets. Agents shouldn't have to be locked into one ecosystem. Individuals, students, educators, independent workers, small teams, nonprofits, and community organizations should have a way to learn safer agent practices too.
The current build is working. The next step is making it safe enough for limited early users.
