The Glendale Youth Symphony is in its second year as a non-profit organization. After a very successful first year, we were invited to perform at First Congregational Church in Los Angeles, with LA Opera, with Glendale College, and at Holy Family in Glendale. Our musician base has now grown and we expect to have 50 musicians this coming year!

We were also invited to perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. in 2024! Our musicians come from various backgrounds and we want to be able to provide scholarships for all the students in the orchestra. The cost for each student will be about $2000 for the week which includes airfare. With your donation, you will help propel each student musician forward in performing at this gorgeous venue. We already have a $5,000 base to help with initial costs but with your sponsorship, we could relieve costs for everyone. Donations of $100 will receive a thank you letter from our staff and student leadership team, donations of $500 will receive a letter along with special reserved seating at our Spring Concert, and donations of $1000 will receive a special in-person private concert of chamber music of 45 min.
