Please help! Those of you that know Margie Stafford, know how much she does for so many animals! Today her Lucy is in medical distress and is at Blue Pearl! She brought her in coughing & she couldn’t breath right, her tongue was turning purple! Margie asks for prayers for Lucy! She is so worried so won’t have enough money to take care of her :(
She put down a deposit of $2700 & tomorrow they will transfer her to a specialty vet that does heart, lungs and trachea. They are suggesting a bronchoscopy. That's another $2000 by itself without the hospitalization for another day :(
It is really sad that extra money is needed today for some tests that were already done but we don't have access to them since her vet is closed! Evidently her vet misdiagnosed her with allergies. All the xrays and blood work was all done several times over the last month but BP had no way of accessing it :(
If the tests today and xrays don't tell them anything, they suggest the bronchoscopy. It can diagnose if she's got trachea issues, or any lung issue. But it won't diagnose a heart issue, that will be another echocardiogram for that at 495.
...Any little bit you can give would help! She has maxed out her care credit with this invoice and tomorrow's will be for the bronchoscopy and continued hospitalization that she needs funds for! PLEASE!!!
