Dirty Goat Roadhouse Rides Again!

Somewhere out in the dust, a giant goat skull emerges through the whiteout.

Music spills across the playa. Fire lights up the night. Strangers become friends over a drink at the bar.

Welcome to Dirty Goat Roadhouse.

For the past eight years, the Dirty Goat has been creating memories across Black Rock City. This year, she's returning home to Esplanade in Illumination Village at 4:30 & Esplanade after the biggest rebuild in her history, and she's bringing something entirely new with her.

This wasn't just a tune-up.

After eight years on the playa, we took the Goat apart almost down to the frame.

Over the past year, our crew has poured hundreds of volunteer hours into rebuilding her piece by piece: new seating, electrical, lighting, a handcrafted bar top, mechanical upgrades, and countless evenings spent sanding, welding, painting, wiring, and solving problems we didn't know existed until we found them.

This project has always been a labor of love, built by a community that believes the best experiences are built together.

Now we're in the final stretch.

Two spaces. One experience.

The Dirty Goat Roadhouse is still the roaming saloon you've come to know.

But this year there's something new.

Hidden inside the Goat is the Fainting Goat Lounge Annex , a secret hideaway for the curious. Back in camp, the full Fainting Goat Lounge will be open all week, offering an air-conditioned refuge where Burners can cool off, recharge, and connect.
