The organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, the corporation shall provide financial assistance, material goods, and other resources to support dependent constitutional and traditional kingdoms in Africa and their associated communities. This includes aiding in the preservation of cultural heritage, promotion of education and community development, relief of poverty and distress among royal households and affiliated populations, advancement of health and welfare initiatives, and fostering sustainable economic and social stability in these historically significant entities. THIS FOUNDATION IS PENDING 501(C)3 STATUS. ALL DONATIONS MAY BECOME TAX DEDUCTIBLE WHEN APPROVED.

The Foundation aims to deliver targeted, sustainable support in four interconnected areas:

1. Stability
   • Promote political, social, and economic stability by strengthening community structures tied to traditional leadership. This includes aiding in conflict resolution, fostering inclusive governance models that respect customary laws, and supporting initiatives that reduce vulnerability to exploitation or authoritarianism.
2. Sustainability
   • Foster long-term economic and environmental resilience through community-led development projects. This could involve funding sustainable agriculture, resource management, micro-enterprise programs, and infrastructure improvements that benefit royal households and affiliated populations, ensuring self-reliance beyond short-term aid.
3. Cultural Preservation
   • Actively safeguard Africa's rich royal and traditional heritage, including languages, rituals, oral histories, artifacts, architecture, and performing arts. The Foundation would support documentation, education programs, cultural festivals, restoration of historical sites, and intergenerational knowledge transfer to prevent erosion of indigenous identities amid modernization and globalization.
4. Protection of Christianity
   • Provide resources to protect and strengthen Christian communities and institutions within or affiliated with these kingdoms. In regions where Christianity has deep historical roots (often intertwined with royal patronage), the Foundation would aid in church maintenance, theological education, community outreach, and protection against persecution or marginalization, while respecting interfaith dynamics.
