Empower Baseball, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is changing the game for at-risk youth in Barahona, Dominican Republic. More than just a baseball program, we provide a pathway to education, scholarships, and a brighter future for boys ages 6-19 who would otherwise risk everything for a slim shot at an MLB contract.

Our Solution: A New Path to Success
Through our team, Los Piratas Del Sur, we offer free baseball training, but with a critical difference: players must stay in school to stay on the team. Our dedicated coaches provide academic mentorship, career guidance, and access to scholarships, giving these boys a real chance at a better future.
