Japan Christian Academy Association hasn't added a story.
We hope you'll take a few minutes to watch the videos and meet the
CAJ Knights Robotics Team. You can't help but feel the excitement. 3
young ladies and 11 young men looking for ways to help others with
their budding engineering talent.
Launched just 2 years ago, CAJ's robotics program has taken off
and they've outdone themselves this year. In 2017, not one, but TWO
teams have qualified for the VEX Robotics Championships in Kentucky.
You're probably thinking: "Kentucky?!?" "How in
the world is CAJ going to get everyone there?" "How much
will it all cost?" and "What could I do to help?"
Yes, Kentucky. CAJ hopes to send these 14 kids and 3 teachers to
America's bluegrass state from April 19-25, 2017. They'll be taking
a combination of planes, trains, and automobiles for an estimated
transportation cost of $20,000. Food and lodging will cost another
$10,000.
Would you be willing to help us send these talented young men
and women to compete in Kentucky?
For $5 you could help provide lunch for one of the
competitors. For $20 you could help to get them a seat on the bus.
For $50 you could help to pay for their hotel for a night. For
$100 you could help pay for two competitors hotel for a night. For
$1200 you could help pay for a competitor's airfare. For $5000,
you could help pay for 4 competitors’ airfare. Any contribution
that you can make will help us reach our goal.
Arigato & thanks in advance for supporting the CAJ Knights!!!
