Urgent update: The first 'Shortwaves for Freedom' relay broadcast will occur today 21:00 UTC (4pm on the US east coast) from FCC-licensed WRMI in Florida! 
The frequency will be 15.770 MHz (in the 19-meter shortwave band) with 100,000 watts.
After the hourly Voice of America English language newscast, the program 'Flashpoint Ukraine,' hosted by VOA's Steve Miller, will be transmitted with the antenna beaming to Eastern Europe. 
Pictured is the actual antenna system that'll be used.
