Big discovery in Israel! This papyrus mentions wine and Jerusalem and predates the Dead Sea scrolls by more than half a millennium! This 7th Century BC papyrus fragment, written in paleo-Hebrew, is the oldest mention of "Jerusalem." The bottom line includes the word Jerusalem, which is spelled Yud-Resh-SHin-Lamed-Mem.
