The 3K (private donors, not grants) matching SOCAN commissioning grant is for indigenous musicians Gerard and Peta-Gay Roberts and team for their part in the Pretty Brown Project trilogy of two songs and a spoken word: The writing, recording and a live performance. https://fundrazr.com/PrettyBrown

Please share and give 'till it hurts because so does the process of healing. So far we have $290 towards the 3K matching grant part of the crowdfunding goal needed by the end of this month. The other funds being raised are for the needs of the overall project. The more we have to work with the more we can do to make a difference in people's lives.

Honouring Indigenous people of Canada and my uncle David Campbell an Arawak singer songwriter from Guyana who wrote "Pretty Brown." This and other creations will benefit a relational bridge building project to help bring understanding and healing.
