I wanted to update you with confirmation that last night's Radio Svoboda broadcast in Russian was audible in Russia. You can hear it for yourself:

Testing will continue this week to find the best time, frequency and transmitter locations to improve on reception. The Russian broadcasting is still in the experimental stage while the English language transmissions of Flashpoint Ukraine from VOA will continue for a third day. 

We expect some additional mainstream media publicity in the days ahead following the article published yesterday by The Hill. In the meantime, please spread the word.
