We are the Eastside Volleyball Club Thunder 16U Elite Travel team based out of Peoria, IL. We are a small team of eight and we have high hopes of taking a trip to Orlando, FL to take part in the AAU National Tournament in June 2020!
As most people know, playing a sport is EXTREMELY expensive and unlike school athletics, club costs are covered by each individual team member. That means we pay for our uniforms, practice times, tournament entry fees, travel expenses and so much more!
We are participating in 8 tournaments throughout the Midwest this season, not including Nationals, and we are asking for your help!
In order for us to make it to Orlando we need to raise $3,500, that's $500 per team member. This will help cover the cost of their lodging, food and travel to Orlando!
We will do our best to keep you all updated as each tournament passes, our next one being January 25-26th in Bloomington, IL! In the mean time, check out this picture of our team after we won the Silver Bracket at out last tournament in Champaign, IL.
