UPDATE December 2018: I am leaving the fundraiser up and running as it seems to be the best way for everybody who wants to contribute to do so.

UPDATE: Thanks to your contributions, the web hosting is now extended until Jan 8, 2022. The rest of the items needed will be paid whenever they come due.

I will leave the page up for the Fundraiser till it ends on December 31st. I won't mind further donations past the goal, in fact I will gladly accept help in any size you can provide because I have the feeling next year will be a tough one in the Gonzalez abode.

Only two simple words, but I want you to know I do sincerely mean them. 10 years is a long time for a blog, but it is because I have the greatest readers that keeps me going. And having J. Kb. doing the not-old-fart writing also helps a lot. Besides starting the blog, my best inspiration was to let the Tactical Redneck Jew come write for a Catholic Fudd's blog.
I know I am not triggering more people, but give me a chance and I'll get to you as soon as possible.

Welcome to the fundraiser for Gunfreezone.net

The blog's webhosting bill is coming due at the end of the year and I need to renew it for three years to get the best deal from the company which is unlimited bandwith with unlimited size. Add to that, domain name, secure certificate, overall protection and automatic back ups, I am looking somewhere in the vicinity of $1,500.

I wanted to start early in asking for your help. Unfortunately, we in the New Media Wars for the Second Amendment have no Billionaire throwing millions of dollars our way and we only rely on our own wits and charms. (I can hear the jokes now)

I have kept the blog free from commercial ads to concentrate on content relevant to our fight and not fall for the clickbait to generate traffic and thus revenue. So I come here to ask you for your help in maintaining this 10-year-old blog running.

And I want to thank you in advance for all the help you can give, be it small or large. I know it was done with the best of intentions and to help preserve and expand our Gun Rights.
